贸易壁垒不会有效
当地时间9月26日，160家美国跨国公司和行业协会采取高调行动，联手致信国会。信件强调说，采取诸如提高关税这样一些报复性的举措，只会导致弊大于利的结果。
参与信件联署的包括122家公司和38家行业协会。这些公司大多为大型跨国公司，覆盖了不同行业，具有广泛代表性，其中有英特尔、微软、IBM、惠普这样的高科技公司，
